Guide to Renting

Once you have found a property which meets your requirements we will ask you to complete an application.

You must be over 18 years old and provide the necessary information required.

A Guarantor will usually be required, a holding deposit and first months' rent will also have to be paid before Tenancy Agreement is signed and keys and a copy of the inventory are issued. Your Deposit will be protected by a government scheme and documentation will be provided.

When you take possession of the property it is essential you contact electric and gas services etc to register, we would also recommend you insure your own possessions as these will not be covered by your Landlords policy. We can give you further information about this if required.
